How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks from the day you place your order. Your rug is shipped by GLS from our European warehouse.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over €150. Smaller orders ship for a flat €9.90 within Finland.
Why is my rug folded?
Large rugs are folded for shipping. Unfold the rug and let it rest flat for a few days – the creases will relax on their own.
Can I return my rug?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your rug. Contact us at info@valilja.com before sending anything back. Read more in our returns policy.

Will the colour look exactly like on screen?
We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens differ. If you are unsure, send us a message and we will describe the colour in more detail.
How do I take care of my rug?
Vacuum regularly without a rotating brush, blot spills straight away with a clean damp cloth, and turn the rug every few months so it wears evenly.
