Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders to selected countries. Shipping availability, delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the product and the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders over €150 delivered in Finland.

For orders under €150, shipping costs a flat €9.90. The shipping cost is always displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing and Delivery Times

Our rugs are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium by GLS. Delivery to Finland usually takes 1–2 weeks from the date of your order.

Large rugs are folded for shipping. Unfold the rug and let it rest flat for a few days – the creases will relax on their own.

Orders containing several products may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times.

International Shipping

Some products may be shipped internationally from locations outside Finland or the European Union.

Depending on the destination and the origin of the product, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at info@valilja.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
