We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with the terms below.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@valilja.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging and tags where applicable. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@valilja.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including personalized or custom-made products and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons after being unsealed.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product or variant, the simplest option may be to return your original item and place a new order. This is subject to the applicable return and withdrawal rights described above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method.

For orders cancelled under the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice, subject to the conditions above.
